Four classes

Each class has a male and a female character to choose from when you create one.

Female knight with a one-handed sword and shield

KnightSword

Sworn by the blade, a shield for all.

Clad in silver plate, longsword in hand. Steady in close combat and hard to bring down, the knight walks at the head of the party.

Female elf with a longbow

ElfBow

Heed the wind; no arrow flies astray.

A ranged hunter who roams the wilds. The bow keeps foes at bay while distance and footwork open the way to victory.

Male wizard with a staff

WizardStaff

With the old tongue, wake the elements.

A caster who commands staff and element. Master of mana, turning the tide with area spells and support.

Male assassin with twin daggers

AssassinTwin daggers

Twin blades drawn, the shadow makes no sound.

A short blade in each hand. Strikes the instant a foe lets its guard slip, finishing with a swift, deadly flurry.

One shared world

Every adventurer on Mistsilver Isle is in the same world.

Hunt together, race for the boss

Everyone on a map sees each other and fights the same monsters. Parties of up to 8 share experience, and the whole map hears when an elite comes back.

Boss: the Rockfang Tyrant

The Rockfang Tyrant lairs in a den deep in Graymist Forest. The ground warns you before its slams and charges, it enrages below 30% health, and its loot is held first for the player or party who did the most.

Stalls and trading

Open your own stall in Silver Knight Village and set a price on the treasure you found; other players tap you to browse your stall and buy on the spot.

Enchanting, crafting and transformation

Push your gear with enchant scrolls, which can fail past the safe level; have the blacksmith craft artisan gear and the Wraith Set, and from level 30 take wraith form with a Scroll of Wraith Form.

Open-field PvP

The village is a safe zone; out in the field, turn on PvP to challenge other players. Strike an innocent player first and you turn gray; defeat one and you turn red, and red players pay a price when they fall.

FAQ

What kind of game is Silveroath?

Silveroath is a 2.5D isometric multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that runs in the browser. Every player shares one world on Mistsilver Isle: everyone on a map sees each other and fights the same monsters, so you can level up in a party, take on bosses together and trade at stalls in the village.

Do I need to download anything? Can I play on my phone?

No download. Open silveroath.app in a browser on a computer or a phone. Hold your phone sideways; on iPhone, Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen lets you open it from the home screen like an app.

Does it cost anything?

It is free during the open beta. Gold and items are earned in the game and have no cash value.

Can I play now?

Yes. It is in open beta: no access code, just open the page and play. During the test the content, numbers and progress may change or be reset, and characters and items are not guaranteed to carry over to the official launch.

Is the game in English?

Yes. The game plays in English or Traditional Chinese; it starts in your browser's language, and you can switch at any time under Settings → Language.

What classes are there? Can I play a male or female character?

There are four classes: knight (sword, close combat), elf (bow, ranged), wizard (staff, magic) and assassin (twin daggers, one in each hand). Each class has a male and a female character; you choose when you create your character and assign 4 starting stat points.

Can I play with friends?

Yes. Tap another player to invite them to a party of up to 8. Experience from defeated monsters is shared with party members nearby, the party has its own chat channel, and boss loot is handed out in turn or by the leader, as the leader chooses.

Will I lose my character if I change phones or computers?

Characters, inventory and levels are kept on the game server. At first you play as a guest account on that device; once you link a Google account, signing in with the same Google account on another device brings your characters back. Without a linked account, clearing the browser's data or switching devices loses them.

What is the level cap?

The first chapter caps at level 50. Every 5 levels you get 1 more stat point; gear can be enchanted, and the village blacksmith can craft more.

Can other players attack me?

Silver Knight Village is a safe zone where no one can be attacked. In the field, players who turn on PvP can attack other players; whoever is attacked has PvP turned on automatically and can fight back, and party members cannot hurt each other. Attacking an innocent player turns you gray for a while, defeating one adds infamy and turns you red, and a red player who falls loses some gold and experience.
